Below is the WAA application and renewal form. Please fill out the entire form, and check the appropriate box for membership. If renewing, please include your group’s check, or a money order (in U.S. funds) for $20 dollars.
For new membership applications, send the form, but do not include
payment at this time.
Include a description of your group with enough detail that we may
understand who you are.
Approval for membership is based on a vote by the existing member club
representatives at the next WAA Board meeting.
